- Listing reviewA vendor's first 10 listings are manually reviewed before they go live. We check for prohibited items (weapons, hitmen, CSAM), accurate descriptions and realistic pricing. After the first 10, listings go live immediately but are spot-checked.
- Dispute ratio trackingWe track dispute ratio (disputes per completed sale) for every vendor. If the ratio exceeds 5%, the vendor gets a warning. If it exceeds 10%, the vendor loses their bond and is delisted. Feedback scores below 4.0 trigger automatic review.

For physical-goods vendors, we run periodic stealth reviews — test orders shipped to our team to check packaging quality. For digital-goods vendors, we monitor delivery speed and replacement rates.
